Written by Samuel Clemes aka Mark Twain this was the last substantial work of literature that he worked on. Although he never finished the ideas in this book were conflicts that the author had dealt with his whole life. Clemens struggled with his ideas and wonderings and finally lets out some of his frustration in this work. Letters From the Earth is mostly a satire on the accepted views of god, the bible, and such. A very good read (although not completed) and I highly recommend it to all of you. view post
