Hello mr. Bakker,

Could you say how many Nonmen and Inchoroi still exist at the time of the PoN trilogy? Roughly?

Also, I was just reading the "Ballad of the Inchoroi" , you know "we are the race of flesh, we are tehe race of lovers" from the chapter start in TDTCB and I wondered, were there many Inchoroi when they first came? view post

Call me, Scott, please. Since your latter question is covered in TTT, Priest, I'll have to take a let I'm afraid. As for the numbers of Chorae, no one is quite sure how many are extant. Because the Few can sense them, most scholars assume that the present day numbers haven't dwindled too much since the Cuno-Inchoroi Wars - it's primarily a question of distribution. There's some ten thousand or so estimated to be in the Three Seas. Then there's the famed 'Chorae Hoard' of Sakarpus, and the far greater hoard amassed by the Consult in Golgotterath.

No one knows how numerous the Nonmen are, only that they are dreadfully outnumbered by Sranc and Men. view post

One more thing: How much have we seen of the Consult in terms of its members? So far we've been limited to Inchoroi and skin spies, but in the back of the book they are described as a cabal of magi and generals, so where is the actual Consult? Are they still alive, and will we meet these mages and generals? Do they all reside in Golgotterath?

It does seem that the Inchoroi are the top members in terms of hierarchy, rather than mages and generals. Is this correct? view post

Hey Scott, I didn't ask about teh Chorae but thanks for the tidbit anyway

Second Mith's questions btw, but I have one of my won: In TWP the Old Father mentions a "Nin-Ciljiras". Is this a place or an important Nonman? view post

And, should Sir Bakker ever see fit to return, may I also ask, who is the current Nonman king if it is not Nin-Ciljiras? view post

The composition of the Consult is discussed in TTT as well. I'm only now starting to realize just how many questions I managed to answer in the beast. It probably bodes well.

I'm already bracing myself for the tidal wave of questions that'll follow though! view post

Scott, could you say who or what is Nin-Ciljiras? He (or it) is mentioned by the Inchoroi... view post
