North American universities are also probably geared up to share theses. I am not at work now so cannot check for sure, but it is also likely that Scott has published in the scholarly journals. view post

I am not sure about the copyright laws..but if you can get a hold of it..could you possibly post it (scan the document or perhaps there is an online version)... view post
