Ciphrang are definitly non-human entities of the Outside, it's often speculated that Daimotic Sorcerors doubly damn themselves because the Demons they have summoned seek them out to torment them for all eternity.

I think Chorae kill the Ciphrang, after all if it merely unsummoned them I think the Ciphrang would not worry about the Chorae at all, after all they usuallty don't like being summoned and controlled.
